1. About these terms
This website is operated by The SA Edit, a fashion edit based in London, England (we, us and our). These terms apply to your use of the website and purchases made through it. Contact us at hello@thesaedit.co.uk.
Nothing in these terms affects rights you have under UK consumer law.
2. Online store
Products, prices and availability are shown on the website. Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it. An order is accepted when we confirm it after successful payment.
3. Joining the list
You must provide accurate details and actively agree to receive our launch and collection emails. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Products and prices
We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours may vary by screen. Prices will be shown in pounds sterling and will include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges will be shown before you place an order.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation accepting your order. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment is not authorised or we reasonably suspect fraud. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it.
6. Payment and delivery
Payments will be processed securely by the payment provider shown at checkout. Delivery estimates and restrictions are set out in our Delivery Policy. Ownership passes when we receive full payment; risk passes when you or a person you nominate takes physical possession.
7. Cancellations, returns and faults
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Faulty or misdescribed goods remain protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or use its content for unlawful or commercial purposes without permission.
9. Intellectual property
The SA Edit name, visual identity, photographs, designs, copy and other website content belong to us or our licensors. You may view the website for personal, non-commercial use but may not reproduce, distribute or exploit its content without written permission.
10. Our responsibility
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from consumer use of the website.
11. Changes and availability
We may update the website and these terms. The version published when you place an order will apply to that order. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend the website for maintenance or security.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
