Returns

Contact us at hello@thesaedit.co.uk with your order number before returning an item. Please keep products unworn, unused and in their original condition with tags attached.

Changing your mind

For most items bought online, you may cancel within 14 days after the day you receive your order without giving a reason. Email hello@thesaedit.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Return condition

Please take reasonable care of items and return them unworn, clean and with original tags. You may handle an item only as you reasonably would in a shop. We may reduce a refund where handling has diminished the item's value.

Return costs

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage. We will cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

Refund timing

We will refund the price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them, whichever is earlier. The refund will be made within 14 days of that point, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Items that cannot be returned

The change-of-mind right may not apply to made-to-measure or clearly personalised goods, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. We will identify any relevant exception before purchase. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where helpful. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. You normally have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods for a refund, with further repair, replacement or refund rights after that period.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges on eligible UK orders. Email us with your order number and requested size so we can confirm availability and arrange the exchange.
