UK delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed. Once dispatched, UK delivery takes 2–4 business days. Standard delivery costs £3.99, or is free on orders over £75.
Delivery estimates
We will aim to deliver within the estimate shown at checkout and, unless a different period is agreed with you, no later than 30 days after your order is accepted. Estimates are not guarantees where delays are outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed of a material delay.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address before paying. Contact us as soon as possible if it is incorrect. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment.
When responsibility passes
The goods become your responsibility when you, or someone you identify to us, takes physical possession of them. If you arrange your own carrier, responsibility may pass when the goods are delivered to that carrier.
Delays and non-delivery
If delivery is seriously delayed, you may have the right to cancel and receive a refund under UK consumer law. Contact hello@thesaedit.co.uk with your order number so we can investigate.
